In 2017 we were awarded an award that recognized our social contribution through the labor inclusion of disabled people. They wanted to reward us for participating in this social action with full conviction, forming part of our corporate culture and without complying with legal requirements. And since then we have increased the hiring ratios and we have continued to consolidate our idea of forming a heterogeneous, cohesive team with a great collaborative spirit.
