Studio is our online configurator for made-to-measure and fully customizable bathroom furniture.
It allows you to create and design without limits, while guaranteeing delivery of your fully assembled furniture to the customer's home within 7 days in Spain and 14 days across the rest of Europe, regardless of the complexity of the project.
Our technology and intelligent production system enable us to manufacture on demand, eliminating waste.
Studio is web-based, so all you need is a free user account and password to access the configurator.
Its intuitive and user-friendly interface lets you design, create, combine and customize every detail using simple drag-and-drop tools and selection menus. You can visualize your design in real time and validate every detail before production.
You can also view the recommended retail price (RRP) in real time together with your customer, including VAT and transport.
Your profile stores your quotation and order history, allowing you to retrieve any project at any time to complete your order or modify your design.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR MADE-TO-MEASURE FURNITURE?
Made-to-measure furniture delivery times:
Spain: 7 days
Rest of Europe: 14 days
Regardless of the complexity of the project.
All furniture is delivered fully assembled to the customer's address (ground-floor delivery) and is ready for quick and easy installation.
4. HOW DOES RANDAL GUARANTEE QUALITY AND FAST MANUFACTURING?
Randal operates an advanced industrial production system based on a smart factory with an automated warehouse and state-of-the-art machinery.
The use of robotic arms, edge-banding machines and automated processes allows us to optimize materials and production, ensuring precision in every piece of furniture.
This industrial infrastructure enables us to manufacture fully made-to-measure solutions while meeting our industry-leading delivery times (7 days in Spain, 14 days across the rest of Europe).
5. DO MADE-TO-MEASURE FURNITURE REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?
No, all made-to-measure furniture is delivered fully assembled and is easy to install.
6. HOW ARE THE FURNITURE PROTECTED AND SHIPPED?
Todos los muebles se envían paletizados, minimizando incidencias y posibles daños durante el transporte.
En el caso de muebles a medida, se desarrollan embalajes de cartón a medida para cada producto, asegurando una protección óptima.
Para los muebles en kit, el embalaje se diseña cuidadosamente para optimizar el espacio en palet y facilitar el transporte. Además, cada producto incluye protección mediante insertos de cartón y una organización clara de las piezas, con instrucciones que facilitan el montaje.
All furniture is shipped on pallets, minimizing the risk of damage during transport.
For made-to-measure furniture, we develop custom cardboard packaging for each product, ensuring optimum protection.
For flat-pack furniture, the packaging is carefully designed to maximize pallet efficiency and facilitate transportation. In addition, every product includes cardboard protective inserts, a clearly organized component layout, and assembly instructions to make installation quick and straightforward.

No, at Randal we adapt to every customer and every project.

Collections: Standard-size furniture solutions, available flat-pack or fully assembled, from a single unit.
Projects: Exclusive flat-pack or fully assembled solutions for large-volume projects.
9. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT AND TRANSPORT?
Yes, the prices displayed in Studio in real time include VAT and transport.
10. HOW CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT WHILE DESIGNING MY PROJECT?
Our Customer Care team is with you every step of the way to answer any technical or design questions.
You will receive personalized support throughout the entire process, from setting up your Studio account to the final validation of your furniture, ensuring every detail is correct before production begins.
In addition, you'll find a dedicated FAQ section within the configurator, allowing you to resolve questions quickly and easily.
Once your design has been approved and your order has been placed, it remains in a 24-hour holding period, giving you the opportunity to make any final adjustments if needed.
11. I'M A PRIVATE CUSTOMER. CAN I USE YOUR STUDIO CONFIGURATOR?
Currently, Randal works exclusively with professional customers.
