1. What are the delivery times for made-to-measure bathroom furniture?
All made-to-measure furniture is delivered fully assembled directly to the customer's address within:
Spain: up to 7 days.
Rest of Europe: up to 14 days.
Regardless of the project's size or complexity.
2. How are made-to-measure bathroom furniture units packaged and delivered?
All furniture is shipped on pallets, minimising the risk of damage during transport.
We develop custom cardboard packaging for every product, ensuring maximum protection.
3. How does Randal ensure both quality and speed in manufacturing?
At Randal, we operate an advanced industrial manufacturing system built around a smart factory with an automated warehouse and state-of-the-art machinery.
The use of robotic arms, edge-banding machines and automated processes allows us to optimise materials and production, ensuring precision in every piece of furniture.
This industrial foundation enables us to manufacture fully made-to-measure solutions while meeting our delivery times (up to 7 days in Spain and up to 14 days across the rest of Europe).

You'll receive personalised guidance throughout the entire process, from setting up your Studio account to the final validation of your furniture, ensuring every detail is correct before manufacturing begins.
You'll also find a dedicated FAQ section within the platform, allowing you to quickly resolve common questions.
Once your design has been approved and your order has been placed, it remains on hold for 24 hours, giving you time to make any final adjustments if needed.
7. Is there an additional cost for customising the furniture?
No. Customisation is unlimited and comes at no additional cost, with the price updated in real time.
The price only varies depending on the size of the furniture and the materials selected.
8. Is Studio free to use? Does it require a subscription?
Currently, Studio does not require a subscription.
If you are a professional customer, you can request your username and password free of charge to access the platform.
Accounts that remain inactive for 40 days are automatically deactivated.
9. Is there a limit to the number of designs or projects I can create?
No. You can create and save as many projects as you need.
Your account gives you access to your quote and order history, allowing you to resume a project, modify the design or complete your purchase at any time.
10. Do I need technical knowledge to use Studio?
No. The platform is intuitive and easy to use.
